Custom Bird Mounts

New Life Taxidermy Studio specializes in custom bird mounts. Whether its a wood duck coming in over cattails or a gobbler strutting through an open field, we can recreate your hunting experience through custom bird poses and habitat scenes. We can do most any pose or scene imaginable. To protect your mount from dust and abuse, we also offer custom sized glass display cases. Our bird prices are for the bird mount on driftwood or simple base.
Habitat scenes are extra and start at around $40.
All waterfowl mounts come standard with an artificial head. We believe that this is the best way to mount a bird. Artificial heads are indistinguishable from real heads on the mount. The benefit is that artificial heads will NEVER attract bugs and the details do not become distorted as the mount dries. Some hunters prefer the use of the bird's real bill and skull. We offer this option free on waterfowl and upland birds.
Turkeys are mounted using a freeze dried head for the most realistic mount possible.
